    Good judgment is such an important attribute that it is often listed first on employers’ list of qualities required of job applicants.

    Judgment and Decision Making

    The scientific literature on judgment often points out that it is directly connected with decision making. Therefore, I again stress the importance of learning SM-14. It is hard to teach judgment, as there are not well-defined principles for judgment but there are for decision making. These are included to a great extent in this booklet.     The more a person uses SM-14, the more accurate and wider will their knowledge base be. Its use will also enable them to better evaluate what they read to improve their knowledge base. The use of SM-14 guides you in the proper way to think and reason logically. We mainly think to make decisions and solve problems.
