    Good judgment is such an important attribute that it is often listed first on employers’ list of qualities required of job applicants.

    The scientific literature on judgment often points out that it is directly connected with decision making. Therefore, I again stress the importance of learning SM-14. It is hard to teach judgment, as there are not well-defined principles for judgment but there are for decision making. These are included to a great extent in this booklet.
